How will I install the device once it arrives at destination?

We will provide you with remote video guidance, if necessary we will send a technician to assist you. Visa fee, airfare, accommodation, and salary will be paid by the customers.

How are the products packed?

We use standard package, however if you have special requirements, we can pack as requested, but the charge will be paid by the customers.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the quantities of the orders, generally 4 to 6 weeks.
