Recently, Qingdao EVU Environmental & Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. (QDEVU) dispatched a technical service team to Mongolia to provide on-site equipment commissioning and operation guidance for two local projects: a food wastewater treatment project and a car wash wastewater treatment project. The on-site commissioning work for both projects has now been completed as scheduled, and the equipment has entered the commissioning operation stage. At the food wastewater project site, the engineers carried out individual and linked commissioning of each treatment unit of the complete wastewater treatment equipment, taking into account the characteristics of this type of wastewater, which has relatively high organic content and considerable fluctuation in suspended solids and grease; together with the client's technical staff, they confirmed the key operation and control points so that the equipment maintains steady operation under changing treatment loads. At the car wash wastewater project site, the engineers completed equipment commissioning and operation guidance for the working conditions of car wash wastewater, which contains silt, detergents and grease, and discussed operation parameters with the client regarding the reuse requirements of the treated water, helping the client improve water use efficiency while meeting environmental requirements. The commissioning work covered on-site condition verification, individual and linked commissioning of equipment, confirmation of operation parameters and operator training; the engineers also gave on-site briefings and training to the client's operators on common fault identification and handling as well as daily inspection points, supporting the long-term stable operation of the projects.
