To strengthen our team bond and help employees unwind from work stress, our company recently held a team building event for all staff—and we invited everyone to bring their family members along. We arranged a chartered bus to take employees and their families to Jiuxian Mountain in Rizhao. Leaving work tasks behind, we walked together with our loved ones, got to know each other’s families better, and grew closer both as a team and as a big family while climbing and enjoying the views—making it a day we won’t soon forget. Before we started climbing, the company handed out boxed lunches and water to every employee and their family members, so we could all focus on the activity without worrying about supplies.

Everyone gathered at the foot of the mountain, including employees’ spouses, children, and even some parents, and the company had already given out our lunches and water ahead of time. Once we had everything we needed, we set off for the top, with kids laughing, parents chatting, and colleagues supporting each other along the way. The mountain was covered in greenery, with layers of peaks stretching out in front of us. We admired the scenery while helping each other—kids held onto their parents’ hands, colleagues helped families with young children, showing what a warm, united big family we are. There were rest stops along the way for us to take a break, and no one fell behind; we all kept going with energy.
